- 1 cup of cut up avocados
- 3 tablespoons of minced jalapenos
- 6 tilapia filets
- 6 flour tortillas
- 6 tablespoons of nonfat sour cream
- 1 cup of thinly sliced red onions
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of lime juice
- 1 cup of of cut up strawberries
Prepare your red onions, put them inside a bowl with lime juice and half a tablespoon of salt. Place in the fridge for an hour.
While you are waiting cut up your fruits and vegetables and add lime juice.
Now comes time for the tilapia, you’re going to want to season it with salt, but if you want to add other seasonings then go for it. Heat up your vegetable oil within a sizable pan, one where you can fit the tilapia. Get both side of the fish nice and golden brown, which usually takes up to 3 minutes, sometimes maybe more based off its thickness.
If you want, if you rather have your tortillas heated, you can heat them over a stove first. Layer sour cream over your tortillas and then throw all your ingredients as you please. Maybe allow room inside the tortilla for everything to fit. Now you have tilapia tacos!
