  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed
  • coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed



Set your oven to 400 degrees F.

Place your lemons inside the dish, and layer over them with the rosemary, and then throw on the salmon. Put as much salt as you desire on top of the salmon and again layer on some rosemary.

Layer on some more lemons (the remaining slices). After that then throw the olive oil over it. Place into the oven for 20 minutes or until finished
